| Something's been bugging me for a while: once you've chosen a certain kit (a small one, say with only 3 toms at most, one crash cymbal, no hihat variations, just one for the closed and another for the open etc.) and map all its pieces, set Jamstix to midi only, will the brain keep generating hits for the absent pieces? Will we have gaps all the way through the song, especially for fills and accents? If not, how can the brain tell which pieces are not present? Will it redirect those hits to only those pieces which are available? Hope I've made myself clear. Thanx! |

Yes, the brain redirects hits to a sound that is set to 'No Sound' in the kit editor. It follows basic logic like 'If a cymbal is missing hit another one' or 'if a tom is missing hit the closest existing tom' etc. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
