Click 'Kit' and then 'Options' and see if the glitches are reduced.

The glitches are still there and occasionally heavy cpu spikes within Sonar .
I ran the DPC Latency Checker and my systen monitor simultaneously and they showed no spikes .
If I close the Jamstix GUI the problem is gone . No glitches , no cpu spikes .
