Have you tried that?
I know it's not the total solution, but a work around for now in Cubase.

It may not work in Sonar, but worth a try.

I am sure Ralph will come up with the fix.

Yeah , spot on Studio 64 !!! The glitches dissaperd and I`m back on my low latency setting .

Jamstix 3.1 Beta 9 should reduce or eliminate ASIO overloads with GUI open.
