I am a Jamstix customer currently using v.2.5.4. I went to my download site to try to upgrade to Jamstix 3.0.2 and received a message that the links had expired. I clicked on the support link and sent an email, which bounced with a message that the email address (support@rayzoon.com) did not exist.

A couple suggestions:

1. Have Jamstix check for and alert users of updates.
2. Email customers when you release an update or new version.
3. Have a valid, working support email address.
4. Don't let the links expire. Password protect the download site if necessary, but don't let the links expire. What if my computer died and I needed to get a download before a gig and didn't have time to wait on a reply to an email or forum post? Fortunately, my computer didn't die and I can go back to 2.5.4, but it's a pain.

Now, what do I need to do to upgrade to 3.0.2?

Hi Mark,
An email was sent to your address on 05/05 with links and key for your free Jamstix 3 upgrade. Our support email address is working fine and we are receiving mail on it, not sure what happened there. Concerning the links expiring: as with most software, it is best if you keep backup copies on a CD so you can reinstall at any time without needing access to our servers.

I have just re-sent your JS3 delivery email and have also renewed your download links. Let me know if I can help any further.
