I am running 253RC1 and keep getting this message. I can click through and use but it is very annoying. Am using W7. Have tried installing to a different folder than Program Files but I still get the error.
Also
Am I entitled to V3?

Please try the download fix outlined in the FAQ in Q2:

I checked your record and you bought JS1 in 11/06 with the free upgrade to JS2 in 08/2007. If you want to go to JS3, you will need the $49 upgrade.
