Does anyone know if Jamstix is gonna work completely right, sample accurately, with Vienna Ensemble Pro? That new software will let you host plugins on remote machines and can intermix between mac's and pC's, which means in theory I could host jamstix on another PC using vienna Ensemble Pro and finally have it in my mac. But what I'm not sure about is whether VEP handles time oriented plugins correctly or not. It supposedly does all the necessary latency compensation.
Anyone know? |
