| Is it planned to make styles and players available without new kits ? I've more than enough drum sounds from 3rd party plugins. Why should I buy all these new sounds if I just want new players and styles ? |

I'm of the same opinion on styles and players. I have enough drum kits already.
(although I do understand the marketing aspect.) |

I agree to an extent. but think that the paks are pretty good value for money even if you don't use the sounds. We all pay for redundant features (for us as individuals) in every piece of software we have. Doesn't the question become 'are the features you want worth the asking price?'
And I am keen for Ralph to earn enough from each release that he will continue supporting and developing this great product.
That said, I wouldn't complain if the balance shifted to more styles and players, with reduced emphasis on new sounds. |

We will continue to develop new sound Paks but we also have a DrummerPak in the works that will consist of nothing but new styles and players. There will be more info on this Pak soon. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

I agree with everything that Guitarfish has said.
The expansion packs are a great value and I will continue supporting Rayzoon.
That said, I would jump at the chance to get more drummers and styles. The current drum samples fit my needs very nicely. |

Thanks for the answer.
I guess I'll start with the basic version and we'll see what I really need and what this new Pak will bring. |

Ooooooh, DrummerPak.... -eyes glaze over-
One of my guilty pleasures is listening to ALL of the drummers on a new song I'm writing. Yep, even if it is a velvet smooth jazz number, I'll give Noah a listen, just to see. Actually, I'll give it a couple dozen listens, marveling at the fact that anyone could program the artificial intelligence to recreate drummers so realistically.
Serious props Ralph...

It's in the works and should be released before the holiday season. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Couldn't agree more. Have enough sounds, just need more styles.
Thanks! |

It's coming soon. Fantastic!
Sounds an ideal Christmas present suggestion.
I hope it includes Mitch Mitchell. |
