I cant start up Jamstix after downloading the program!

Has anybody else encountered this problem before, I was so exited to start using it and I am now very sad! any Ideas?

First of all, Jamstix is not a standalone- application. It works as a plugin in a host (normally a DAW softeware like Cubase, Ableton Live, Reaper, Logic, etc.).
What host are you using?
