Samplitude. I have a Logitech MX620 Cordless Laser Mouse. What host are you on? | I am just using an A4tech mouse with the standard Windows mouse drivers.
Hosts: Reaper, VstHost, EnergyXT, Samplitude 10 SE ... no MouseWheel, also tested in MiniHost and asHost ... no luck
MouseWheel works fine with SampleTank2, FM7, Pianoteq, WusikStation |

The only thing I can think of is, try using the A4tech mouse drivers rather than the Windows ones. Worth a go. I'm using the Logitech SetPoint ones.
Bear in mind this link may not be for the actual mouse you have.

Very nice tune Brian. The guitar parts sound really good and the relaxed drum feel works very well in the context. |

Wierd, as your A4tech works OK in some apps. Is there a Wheel tab in Control Panel - Mouse options?

Wierd, as your A4tech works OK in some apps. Is there a Wheel tab in Control Panel - Mouse options? | Yes, I have tried all combinations, as you can see on http://asseca.com, I have coded my own crappy VST host called "asHost" plus a VstWrapper called "mGUI" which works fine with many different computer-mice and VST hosts.
So as a programmer it is a mystery to me that Jamstix only works with certain computer-mice.
[assuming that the plural of "computer-mouse" is "computer-mice" ] |

| I really enjoyed "Extraordinarily Average" - VERY nicely done - JS3 really seems to fit well... |

Hi-
Even if I Mute a Limb and save the Song, the Mute is still ignored when I open the REAPER project again. So the Mute status of the Instrument doesn't persist, nor does the Limb Mute status saved in the Song.
Is anyone else seeing this?
Ralph, if you have REAPER, I can send you an .rpp to illustrate.
Thanks-
-Susan

Is anyone else having trouble with this (Beta A15)? It doesn't seem to work consistently. I can usually solo instruments, but often when I try to mute one using Shift+click it gets soloed instead, or nothing happens. I don't have an exact recipe yet.
Thanks-
-Susan |
Mine definitely shows as Beta 15, but solo/mute is not consistent. Even once I get Mute working, for example, the instrument doesn't stay muted. I'll try to come up with a good recipe tonight or tomorrow. |

Susan, JS does not store mute settings because they were designed as a temporary working tool. We can make this a permanent setting in a JS3 update. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
