Hello,
As a prologue to my new E.P. I've uploaded a song of mine to youtube that will be feature on it and for the drumpart I have ofcourse Jamstix2, routed to 4 outputs.
It's a combination of a snares from the funk kit , jazz kits for rides and toms and tue "dry kick".
To reduce those "machine gun" sample repeat effects I configured a second ride and a second snare (left hand versions i think?) to be played alternately.
Enjoy (at least.. when you enjoy the genre)

thx
Yeah well this song was born out of "funny thinking". Originally it was a song made of all loops played by myself purposely downsampbled and noise added to make it sound as if it was a "remix".
Then so many years later it was cool to make a "live played" version of it in cubase because it's now possible to do every effect I used to pre-record in real time on one computer. |
