hi...i just recently had to reformat my HD, and i went to re-download Jamstix and it said that my download link is expired. i emailed customer support and got no response. is there anything else i can do or do i have to pay for it again?

I can't find emails from you both. We did have an ISP server issue yesterday, not sure if that plays into this. Can you guys PM me your name/email address from the original order so I can renew your links?
