Hello sorry for my english i'm french.
I've buy your sofware Jamstix2 via paypal.
I dont find my serial number where is it?
What'is it exactly the "owner's download page"? Where i find my download page?
Last question when i want load Addictive Drums into Jamstix when i select DLL I've this following message:
Cannot load module because it requires at least 8 outputs. Please adjust Jamstix outputs accordingly and restart Jamstix for the change to take effect.
I try and retry but always same error message. What can i do?

When did you purchase Jamstix?
You should receive an email with the link to your personal download page (typically within hours, sometimes it takes a little longer).
Please check your spam filters.
You can also write an email to support AT rayzoon.com.

In the OPTIONS window, make sure you have at least 8 outputs selected.
After that you have to close Jamstix (remove from your host project) and re- open it again for the changes to take effect.
It should work then. |
