| hey, ralph, i was thinking, what about adding a slider to the kick that varies the velocity based on probability just like the ones for the snare and hi-hat? i'm not a drummer, but i assume that a human drummer would not be able to maintain perfect velocity on the kick, just like anything else |

There is a fixed velocity variance on the kick in the Jamstix brain. We chose not to do a slider because we didn't really think it necessary to change the default. If we get a lot of requests we'll put it in an update.
