Hi

I am trying to install JS on to my new laptop. I copied the entire folder from my old PC but when I click on the set up exe I am asked to nominate a destination folder, which I do, only to get an error message saying something like the folder doesn't exist and to make sure I'm updating a current installation? Not sure what this means or how to proceed so any advice will be gratefully received.

Sounds like you are running the updater instead of the full version. If you need to re-download the full installer, send me an email.
