Hi All,

I've been pretty happy with the JS sound using Rhino's drum sound tutorial, but with superior's recent price drop to 150usd, i'm considering adding it to use as a module within JS.

For those of you using superior, is it worth the price of admission for one already owning Jamcussion, XL, and Metalpak?

And to Ralph - Is there any planned addition to JS3's *expanded mixer* that I should consider when making this decision?

Money is limited, but drums are so important! :O

Thank you,
Flynn

Not sure what you mean with addition to the JS3 mixer?

Flynn -

I have SD2 and plan to use it on some future songs (and I think it was worth the $265 that I paid), but I think the Jamstix kits can sit in a mix very well. Songs 2, 3, and 4 on the http://iWorkforaJerk.com website were done using Jamstix 2 kits, and I think the drum sounds work very well in those mixes. Just look for the light blue flash mp3 players towards the lower half of the page if you want to avoid the "storyline"...
