Something got messed up as I was trying to insert the proper serial numbers for Jamstix and Jamcussion while reinstalling my software for Windows 7. Now in Cubase if I try to load jamstix it crashes immediately. I'm nearly positive this is authorization/registration related. I tried uninstalling, etc, and reinstalling but this hasn't helped.

There's got to be some way to start fresh. Please help!

Please use a different host for activation, like MiniHost or SAVIHost. If you also have trouble there, let me know.

It is opening fine in Minihost which i just downloaded, as well as Cantabile. And in both cases, it say that the plugin is registered to me already. So it seems that the activation did take effect. It still crashes on load in Cubase, however. Any ideas?

Are you using 32-bit or 64-bit Cubase?

32-bit Cubase (as far as i know, at least) and 32-bit Windows 7.

Please try the 2.5.3 Beta 12 and let me know if it fixes the issue.
