I'm curious why XL kits are present in the Jamstix2 Available Kits window. Shouldn't they be part of the XL pak install instead? What's the point of listing them if I can't use them? Just curious, that's all.

Just go in your folders to do the "cleaning".

Mine is C:\Program Files\VstPlugins\jamstix2\data\kits\

Yes, this is what I already did. The point is, why are they there in the first place? If I didn't buy them, I don't expect them to be installed. They should be part of their corresponding XL paks.

The XL kits where included in the original installer to keep things simple with Jamstix 2 and Jamstix 2XL. That wasn't the most logical thing to do but it is now maintained to keep updaters and Paks synched. All Paks released since then have their kits, styles and drummers separate.

Thanks for the explanation, Ralph. I wasn't thinking of it from the single-installer perspective. Anyway, it's not so terrible, since one can easily remove them or rearrange the Kits folders. I created a separate XL folder.
