The demo for jamcussion sounds great - so now I am in after a long wait

Quick Question - My normal way of working is JS2 "midi out only" driving BFD 2

What is the procedure/set up to have the above config but also have Jamcussion playing along side - obviously using it's internal sounds?

Do I need to open another instance or can i split the midi out to drive both?

Sorry if this has been answered but i could not find the answer in my search here or the manual?

Thanks for the help - This is gonna be so cool once I get my head around it Cool Cool Cool

Use JS2 and BFD2 as you do now. Click the percussion icon on the top of JS2 to set it to Jamcussion mode, go to the kit window and load a Jamcussion kit from the 'Jamcussion' folder. That's it.

Cool Ralph,

I am misunderstanding something though - If I want Jamcussion on a separate track from JS2 midi data driving BFD2 - How do i go about that?

You need to assign a unique MIDI channel to the Jamcussion sounds in the kit editor. You can then split the MIDI stream from JS2 in the host by channel.
