Copy Paste, Velocity settings are lost

I have a groove bar set and I copy it and paste the single bar somewhere else. The hits and sounds paste but the velocity settings are not restored on the paste (Seem to be reset to default). Do I have something set wrong? I looked around a little but didn't see anything.

You mean the velocities of the pasted events are different than the same events in the source bar?
