Hi Ralph,
I'm just starting a new track and have updated to jamstix 2.5.2 beta3.
the track is 4/4 for 24 bars then shifts to 7/8
When I play the track, the jamstix counter is in 4/4 for the first two bars, but then jumps into 7/8 from bar 2, while the host is still in 4/4.
I inputted the time signatures into the parts correctly and have allowed time sig changes in the options.
In the host I've set the correct time sig changes in the mastertrack.
Am using Cubase 5/32 and there is a bar offset of -2.
Any ideas? |

Do a 'Save Song' in the JS2 song menu and send the resulting j2d file. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

The file works fine for me here. Do you have another host where you can set-up an identical timeline and then load JS and load the J2D file? That way we can exclude host config issues. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi Ralph,
I installed Reaper (very impressive), and did as you said. Jamstix was able to handle the time sig changes in Reaper no problem.
I don't want to transfer to Reaper though just yet.
The problem then seems to be with Cubase VST32/ 5.
I remember a similar conflict with Groove Agent, when I used that.
Any ideas? |

You might want to post this at cubase.net to see if someone there knows what's happening with Cubase on this. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
