hello rayzoon-guys,

i´m a mac user and really interested in jamstix.
in another topic i´m trying to figure out how i can use jamstix on my MAC system using a windows vst-host on parallels and two audio interfaces.

but i only would buy the plugin if it will be possible to switch to mac version without further costs when it is available....

We will not charge for the OSX version, per se. However, there will be an upgrade cost from Jamstix 2 to 3 (Win or OSX). An exact cost has not yet been determined but the last upgrade from V1 cost $49.

Once Jamstix 3 is about 6 months away we will allow free upgrades but JS3 is way more than 6 months away at this time...

From this it sounds like the OSX version will be Jamstix 3. I don't mind, I decided a while back that I would be more than willing to pay, as long as I can use my existing kits with it.

Yes, you will be able to use the existing kits.
