|
|
Hi,
I recently ran into this issue when trying to export a song containing Jamstix 2 in Sonar:
No matter what I set the export options to, Jamstix's power level always drops to zero as soon as the export starts, so the drums are inaudible. I use an envelope on the Jamstix MIDI track to control the power level. Even if I select the export option: "What You Hear - Realtime Audible", as soon as the export starts, Jamstix's power level drops to zero. If I then play back the song just by manually starting it, it works fine.
I suspect this might be a Sonar bug because this never happened before I upgraded to Sonar 8.3, but I thought I'll post here just to give a heads up in case this is truly a Jamstix bug.
Note: If I freeze Jamstix ahead of time, the export works as expected.
Jamstix 2.5.1 RC1

This does indeed sound like a Sonar bug. You do make sure to include the JS2 MIDI track in the export, right? _________________ Ralph Zeuner
