I use Tracktion 2 with JS2.

I want to create a song with multiple time signatures.

Some of the time sigs are odd time sigs.

Can this be done with Tracktion and JS2?

Yes, the only caveat is that you cannot have multiple time sigs within one part. You need to mark each time sig change in Tracktion, set the correct time sig for each part in Jamstix, and make sure 'Allow Time Sig Changes' is checked in Jamstix's options. Jamstix allows nearly all odd time signatures.
