| hey, i'm back again--what can i say, i'm still having issues with previewing fills--even when the accents are set to zero, something is missing--again, the timing is ok, it just doesn't sound the same as in real time--none of the fills do-- i know that at some point it was working, but i think since version 1.1, i've been having problems--i'm using bfd, in case that makes a difference |

We'll look at it again. Wish we could have an audio example... _________________ Ralph Zeuner

You could take microphone and record from your speakers via sound recorder etc. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| it doesn't seem to be BFD--same thing happens with internal samples--I just created a new project, added a midi track, loaded jamstix, inserted a rock beat at 160 tempo in the arranger, silenced first four bars, lowered snare and tom accents to zero, and previewed a couple of intros-- and the previews just seem to be messed up--they don't sound right-- but when i let it play for real, it sounds like it should |

hi, just wanted to clarify the problem a little: when i load up jamstix, usually the preview seems to work, both for rhythm preview as well as intro/fill/ending preview--however, on the third or fourth attempt at previewing, the preview is no longer in rhythm--a fill will no longer be heard in context of the current rhythm, rather it is alone, and doesn't sound like it's supposed to--and rhythms also don't sound right
Also, when i preview, i notice that jamstix is repeating over and over a specific measure, for instance, measure 8, even when i am trying to preview a fill for measure 9, or measure 12, and if measure 8 is muted, then when i try to preview i hear nothing, and if measure 8 has a selected fill, then no matter which fill i'm previewing i hearthat selected fill--this only happens sometimes, but obviously between these two problems makes previewing very difficult--am I really the only one having these problems? maybe these problems are connected--anyway, fyi i'm using Cubase SL--i hope u can duplicate my problem so u can see what i mean |

I've been trying to produce this in Cubase SX and I can't. It always works fine and the bar number is always the current one. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| so what do u think, it seems like no one else is experiencing these problems--should I download Jamstix all over again and start fresh? |
