This is a first in a couple ways - the 1st first is the style... We Chiggers do folky/americana/singer songwriter sort of stuff, so reggae is what I'd call a "stretch" for us.. the 2nd first is this is the first time I used JamStix for a song. 1st time creating a song sheet, editing bars etc.. I also used Jamcussion along with a kit, and that brings me to my question.. Do you think the percussion fills are too "busy"? Do I need to thin them out some? Check the Updated Mix 1-30-09 here at: http://www.chiggertracks.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=69&Itemid=93
Thanks for your time. This is an early mix so not a lot done yet.. Just wanted to get some opinion on the percussion..

| Without any offence it look to me the band had realy good load of beers before they enter studio. Recording sounds good specialy I like the brass sec. Lead vocal is horrible. Drums part is like need smooth up....afraid is gonna stop any time. Sorry for criticismus. |

No offense taken, I assure ya - you're not the first to come away with a "they're drunk" opinion..
"Drums part is like need smooth up"
I presume the drums need "smoothing"? Do you think the Jamcussion fills are to much - there are too many of them?
Thank ya!!
