Not sure if anyone has heard of Alesis USB Pro before, it is an actual kit to play on which has a drum kit library, curious to know if any of the kits or Paks... MetalPak, BrushPak, etc... are compatibile with this Alesis USB Pro?
Also curious to know if anyone has any opinions on this piece of equipment? Is it good, are there better things out there? Thanks in advance for any comments.

| was advised to get Superior Drummer 2.0 to go along with this Drum Kit... If Jamstix and its kits are compatible I'd prefer to keep everything with Jamstix... Superior Drummer 2.0 is apprx $350... |

This kit can trigger Jamstix just fine. Set Jamstix to drum module mode with 'Map GM' active and that's it. Also, check out the 'Automatic Ride Bell' and 'Cymbal Variation' options in the menu next to the 'Map GM' button. Those options are unique to JS2, not even Superior 2.0 has them (AFAIK). _________________ Ralph Zeuner
