Hi-
I see EZ Drummer in the kit list, but what's the best to load if I'm using SD2.0 with the NY Avatar kit?
Thanks-

I'm curious about this as well as I haven't completely wrapped my head around all this stuff yet. I keep seeing mentioning of drum maps too...is there a drum map needed in the case too?
I know it's asking a lot, but what I think would help me would be a step-by-step walkthough for getting these types of things working.... |

| I have a Superior map created for my personal use, but I have a very non-standard Superior setup (I mapped a lot of the cymbals to correspond to the DFH EZX mappings). Give me a day and I'll upload mappings for the Superior basic templates. |

The final 2.5 update will also have a 'Superior 2' kit. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Again here to show my ignorance...but does that mean that you'll just have to select the kit and you are good to go...no mapping or anything? |

Yes, you just select the 'Superior 2' kit and it will load S2, initialize the kit and set the mapping. It's turn-key. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Question about this. I need the Superior2 drum map WITHOUT the subhost stuff. Is that anywhere in the 2.5.0 update? I have superior2 loaded in my main DAW and am using midi out from jamstix to drive it, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to load the Superior2 drum map without also having to find the superior2 DLL and loading it into the subhost.
Is there a way to get JUST the superior2 drummaps, no jamstix samples and no dependency on subhost? |

Go to KIT, Load, select Superior 2, then click on MIDI KEYS ONLY.
I think that should do it.

| Go to the Mixer and select 'MIDI only', then load the kit. |
