Yes, I read the FAQ's, especially number 2. I am trying to install the latest release candidate, and I keep getting the 'Some of the files appear out of date, if you have moved etc......'. I haven't moved anything, my Data file is in C/Program Files/ Steinberg/ VST Plug-ins/ Jamstix 2 and that's where the DLL is also, and that's where I tried to install the update. Seems I have a problem with updating everytime. Rolling Eyes Any help would be greatly appreciated! Milt. EDIT--It seems that my old Data file is in C/Program Files/Seinberg/VST Plug-ins. Should I manually drag the new Data file into the old one? Thanks again!!!

Drag the old one to \Jamstix2 so you have just own instance of JS2 and then run the updater again. Also, do you use Vista?
