aha.. nope.. it does like maybe one beat then stops... First let me say, thank you for the fast responses, great tech support, is normally a thing of the past, but not with your company.. I just tried arming a track, and it played.. but did not record, I am thinking I have to route the midi track to the recording track, so no biggie there.. .I am sitting here after doing the arming, and I have turned it off, but I am hearing a ummm.. how do I describe it.. static noise that is intermittant, sort of like when a record (yes I am old) gets to the end but does not lift up the needle.. does that make sense? and if so what is that? I figured out the noise.. duh.. lol.. I am unable to figure out how to record the aaba sequence. is the record function disabled in demo?,... I think I am just doing it wrong, but can 't seem to get the "route' right to record

You do not need to record anything with Jamstix. It will keep it arrangement internally and save/recall it with the Sonar project file. Simply work with your song all the way to final mixdown.

If you ever need to have a MIDI version of the Jamstix arrangement, you can either record to Sonar via the MIDI Output support or drag&drop the song to Sonar or the Windows Explorer.

ok.. two last questions... at least for now... is there a way to set it up so each drum goes to a different track so I have full control over each drum?.. also how do you drag and drop, have not figured that out yet

Not sure if this helps but I have to go into views/piano roll and put at least one note at some bar in the future e.g bar 40 depending on how far you want to go. Press play and JamStix should play up to the point you inserted the note.

Yes, you can send drums to individual audio outputs either via the kit editor (OUT) or via the templates of the kit context menu.

Dragging the 'Song' label exports the song, dragging a part name exports the part, dragging a bar icon in the timeline exports the bar.

I think Fretbuzz is correct. Place a midi note "somewhere" and it should hopefully help.

We recommend removing the demo version to avoid confusion. Btw, you paid via eCheck so we have to wait for Paypal to clear it before we can send the full version to you.

I have just refunded your current order so you can place a new one, making sure CC is selected as funding source.
