Having just put my money where my mouth is, so to speak, can I ask whether the initial release will be available to download with or without any tutorials/samples etc which might make it painful to download for those of us with dialup connections?

Thanks for pre-ordering!

You will get a link where you can:

a) download the whole enchilada as one file
b) download the whole deal in multiple files
c) download a minimal installation without samples/tutorials
d) download with samples/tutorials

As a follow up to this, will you be producing a CD (doesn't need to be anything flashy, just a standard CD in a blank jewel case would be enough) for us dial-up users?

I'm happy to pay postage!
