I've emailed support@rayzoon.com twice in the last month or so, with no answer.

I need to re-install everything in Windows, but the links on my download page have expired.

We did not receive any e-mails from you, they must have gotten hung up somewhere. Generally, if you do not hear from us in 48 hours after sending an email it is best to post here since we may not have received it.

Concerning your links: they have just been renewed.

I'm having a ton of problems installing Jamstix this time. I don't recall it being that hard.

First of all, the installation procedure defaults to make a Jamstix2 folder within my programs folder. This means I'll manually have to move the .dll's to my VST folder in order for Live to see it. Or I can point it directly to my VST folder, doesn't change what happens next.

Second, when opening Live, it prompts that it can't find the Jamstix data path. It won't accept when I choose the correct folder (the one created in 'Programs' or wherever I put it).

Third, it prompts me to enter the user data, even though I downloaded the .text file with the data and put it in the Jamstix 2 folder?

Fourth, entering it manually, it still says invalid license. No workee.

Pretty frustrating!

You must select the 'data' folder when prompted, not the Jamstix 2 folder.

The text file licensing is only in Jamstix 1. Jamstix 2 requires manual input but uses a much shorter license key so it's easier.

Maybe you are entering your Jamstix 1 license and not your Jamstix 2 license?

You're absolutely correct - I feel so daft now. Thanks for the help! Love the program.
