Highhats.... how do I control how open or closed they are and can that be done at a specific point in a measure? Such as hit the highhat and close it after the hit.... or open & close as the highhat is being played.

Hihat open style depends on the style. Many styles have an 'Openness' level in the brain. You can also control overall hihat openness using MIDI Controller #4 in your host.

Openness of a single hihat note can be set in the bar editor by dragging the hihat graphic. You can trigger a closing of the hihat by placing a hihat foot note on the left foot in the bar editor where desired.
