Something weird is going on. I have a VMK-188 keyboard and I'm using jamstix in Sonar 7. My keyboard has several sliders set up to send various midi control #s. For some reason, any slider I have programmed to send cc#32, the midi messages do not make it to jamstix. That is, when I use the slider in question, Sonar's midi indicator lights up, but the jamstix midi indicator does not (though it does for the other CCs).

Any idea what is going on? Thanks

Sounds like Sonar is intercepting #32 as a bank selector. Make sure the 'Bank Select Method' on the MIDI track for JS2 is not set to 'Controller 32'.
