I'm a registered user of Jamstix 2.
My access to my download page is now denied.
It's saying:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /customers/...../ on this server.
What in tarnation's going on? Why is my page telling me this? How can we resolve this situation ASAP?

It seems that when I converted the email to to a pdf, it cut off the full link. Also, to my horrors, I did not save the orginal email.
Could you please resend the link to my download page?

I just found my original email with the correct link and it works.
