They are not the same, although similar in size. | I mean can you do a fresh install from the JS2 updater alone? |

hi there, first thing, this is the best drum program ever hands down! keep up the good work! second i am using live 7 and i have the beta 13 in. when i plug ds2 into a midi track i always get this error message:
you need to run the latest jamstix updater, if you have manually moved the data folder and/or dlls before, you will need to manually move the updated files.
i don't notice any other problems but then i know i have only scratched the surface of this programs abilities, what should i do? thanks! |

Wow, what an addition to an already excellent program. Am I the only one who loves the midi export function? Thanks for that one Ralph. Truly amazing update frequency!

Ralph:
Would "Export to midi" send everything to one track no matter what outputs are enabled in the kit or the number of outputs in the mixer? (I kind of suspect this is the case but I just want to make sure).
Excellent feature by the way.
Thanks. |

Yes, it always creates one MIDI track. You can use a MIDI filter in your host to split the track. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

- when the A.I. play filter skips a note, the bar editor now shows a red X on the sound icon as visual feedback pair.

Once again, awesome work! |

I particularly like the sound of these - they will make make it much easier to move between sequencer and JS2 views as I'm building up a song arrangement.
I'd still love to see a dynamic counter that gave you the Part #, Rep #, Bar within rep # in real-time as JS is playing, but this goes a long way towards that...
Much appreciated! |

Hi Ralph,
just noticed the new beta with some very useful improvements, especially happy about "multi-bar patterns groove to style" and 'Never Downmix'.
Those little workflow things do matter a lot in the long run.
Thanks for your hard work !
Cheers,
