Hi,
I am in the process of tracking down what is causing my system to be so unstable. I just upgraded from my XP Pro system to my new Vista Home Premium system. The new system has a clean installation of everything, so I was hoping I would leave behind my instability problems on XP but they seem to have followed me to my new system .
In an effort to narrow down the instability problems, I have attached my Visual Studio debugger to Sonar to see which plugins are the culprits. Well, I seem to get endless access violations and other exceptions from JS2, both in loading a project that contains JS2 and while just playing.
I am not going to post specific details of my system for now because I believe anyone attaching to Sonar with a debugger will see the exceptions, regardless of the system configuration. You might need to set VS to break on all exceptions (In VS, Debug>Exceptions>Check "C++ Exceptions, Native Runtime Checks and Win32 Exceptions).
I am using Sonar PE 7.0.2 and JS2 2.2.2 Beta 13, although I have had instability problems with JS2 with many previous versions as well.
If more of my system setup info is required, I will provide it.

We don't see exceptions with 2.2.2 in Sonar. Please send us the rzdlog.txt file from the Jamstix 2 folder and your basic systems specs (CPU,RAM, audio card, audio driver, video card).

I sent you an email with examples of the exceptions, as well as some log files and the JS2 song I am currently working on.
