I want to divvy up all the drum "hands" into separate tracks to assist the fellow mixing my next CD. I have the one "build 16 channels of midi routing to this track" selected, but is there something else I need to do? The 16 tracks appear in Reaper but nothing audio -wise is coming through them as far as I can tell.

You also have to tell Jamstix what output to send each sound to. You can do this via the kit editor or you can choose a template with the menu icon in the kit window.

It was Reaper that needed to be tweaked, not JS2.
