Hi Ralph,
I´m creating a part with ´Jamstix Classic´ style and ´James Stix´ drummer. I set my kick and snares on the grid, then set hihats:
Heavy - heavy, power 100, amount 100
Neutral - heavy, power 30, amount 50
Synco - open, power 40, amount 20
Recompose the part. It produces the core bar, then simply copies the core bar to the repetitions. Is this the correct behavior, should´t it be creating other bars based on core but varying the hats based on the probability amounts?
The part is 1 bar, 16 repetitions. I experimented locking core and recomposing. Tried turning the groove into a style and importing, changing drummers.
Sorry if I misunderstood the concept.
Thanks. |

The probability only affects core bars. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Ok, interesting, so I should change my workflow, using x core bars / 1 repetitions instead of 1 core bar / x repetitions if I want JS being creative.
Thanks for the clarification. |
