Hi all - using jam 2 , cubase 3 - just wondering how you would add two new bars in the middle of a part that has a 4 bar groove - without displacing everything else?
i want to keep the drum lines exactly as they are, just need to put in two additional bars ät say , part repetition 2, bar 2 ?
I tried adding a additonal 4 bar repetitiion - then going to the extra bars and deleting them - but it threw everthing off -
what ive done is draged midi of drums into project then simple cut n past the bars over and im good - but i would rather not have jam2 in drum module mode.
is there a way to view the entire drum arrangment and while keeping all parts locked choose a "insert new bar" that would shove the other parts over ?
or is all bar insert/delete editing only done thru the part order window?
if anyone has run into this id love to hear !

There is no 'Insert Bar' so you'll have to save each of your existing 4 core bars, then create the new 6 bar groove and load the saved bars as needed. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
