I don't know if this is a Reaper problem, or a Jamstix2 problem -- I'm going to post to both forums and see what happens
in reaper, I create a track (CTRL-T), and open the FX for it.
Select Jamstix 2, click 'add'.
If I click 'add' again, and add another instance of Jamstix 2, Reaper crashes. (Yeah, I know, it's stupid thing to do; the first time I did it, it was by accident).
Windows puts up a "send this report to Microsoft?" dialog, and when I click cancel, I get another dialog:
reaper.exe: The exception unknown exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the application at location 0x7c812a5b
Clicking 'ok' on that dialog, brings up another:
"The instruction at 0x0385acc7 referenced memory at "0x04d3f08c". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the problem.
Clicking 'ok' on that diloag gives another Application Error dialog ... etc., etc., etc.
Only a reboot or a task-manager "kill process" will cause reaper to actually go away.
