Hi Ralph,

Something seems to be seriously amiss here. Yesterday (Wednesday) at 14.35 CET (GMT +1) I paid $39 through PayPal for the BonsoPak. Last night I tried to sen an email to support AT r-----n but my regular email program couldn't send it – I got an "Communication Error: Cannot read data from socket (Connection reset by peer)". Sending the same message to my gmail account went without a hitch.

I then sent my message (including the PayPal receipt) through gmail, but so far (11.30 CET), no reply. Your support address is still unavailable to my email program.

Please contact with me ASAP through joey dot coole at gmail dot com and please give me another contact address. Thanks!
