Hi Ralph , had this problem before with a install of jam 2 onto laptop with cubase 4 - you told me to install drumpaks - and all was well-
well i finally took the plunge and loaded jam2 onto my main daw running cubase sx - i have installed all drumpaks
drumpak 1
drumpack2
snarepack'
brush
metal
but get missing sounds when i load kits ,
ex. metal pack - i install and the craviotto snare is no where to be found- even looking to manually link it - it's not there. have rebooted reinstalled ect. (BTW - this pak sounds killer ! Excellent !
also is it right that i can still pull up jamstix 1 if i select it in vst instrments ? this is actually a desirable setup for me because i can keep the original sounds and mixes - if i load jam2 the drums are not right and it will take a world of pain to get them sounding like the jam 1 kits/mixes ( i am using jamstix to play back midi file created in jams for older projects ) THANKS and i hope i wasnt too all over the place ! wals

Sounds like you forgot to install the Jamstix 2 stock kit. And, yes, you can use Jamstix 1 alongside of Jamstix 2.
