Hi there,
first I have to say: I just bought and installed Jamstix 2 and..wow..what a great tool!
I have a little problem, might be easy to fix but I'm just starting out on that program:
when I load a simple rock-drumstyle it always seems to play a crash or open Hi-Hat on the first note. Since i don't want it there, I wanted to delete it in the bar editor..but there it only showed that a closed hi-hat was being played,as in the second and third and so on note, where it didn't sound like a crash
Is that some sort of "orientation" crash so i know the beginning of the bar? and if so, how can I turn it off? does anyone know what I'm talking about?
thanks for your help!

I assume it's the end crash of the first fill. Look at the bar BEFORE the crash and, if it is a fill (red block in the timeline), go to that bar and uncheck 'End Crash' in the fill page of the brain. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Yeah, I think you're spot on!
the last event in the bar before the crash is an open hi-hat, and that must be it. Since I had the bar playing on loop mode it sounded as if the crash was there all the time.
I'm at work right now, but I'll check it out when I'm home and let you know if it worked.
thanks for the great support! |
