It's very strange...
I'm in "Jam - no input" mode and have an intro.When i have the gui open JS plays but when i close gui and leave it idle for a while it won't play the parts.When i open the gui it starts playing again....
I use Ableton Live 7.0.1 as my sequencer
What's happening?

Try adding a dummy MIDI note at the end of your song to the MIDI track Jamstix 2 is on.
