I'd love to be able to do the other way... program at least the highats, too. sometimes they're just... meh.
Then again, the pattern manager is capable for that. It's just that I'm so darn lazy. |

I'm with you Amberience. Usually I just want to lay out the kick/snare pattern and then let JS do the rest.
Still have some control over the hat frequency and can use the power automation to invoke ride etc.
If I have a drum beat in mind I am using custom metal more and more.
Otherwise I just think "I want a funky beat here" and have no idea how to program one o them so try out the funky rhythms  _________________ https://www.facebook.com/richard.lum.music |
