Hi Ralph,
I was revisiting an old project today which uses JS1 and got the following errors. Have I messed something up when I migrated my samples across from my old DAW?
3 Sounds Are Missing
Here are the possible reasons:
Missing Or Incorrect Sound Installation
You may have forgotten to perform Step 3 of the Jamstix installation (Drum Sample Download). Please refer to your Jamstix delivery for this step and perform it. Make sure to point the installer to the exact same place as you did with the Jamstix plugin installation. You may also have installed the Jamstix sounds in the wrong place. They must be installed to the exact same place as the Jamstix plugin. You can search your computer for folders named "samples". If you find any outside of your Jamstix folder, copy their contents to the "samples" subfolder of your Jamstix folder to fix this problem.
Missing Expansion Pak
The sound may be part of an expansion Pak that you do not have installed.

The sounds you quoted have odd characters in them. Is this how it presented on your screen or just a result of copy/pasting it here in the forum? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Ralph, I can't see to recreate this! I don't know whjat happened but this was what I saw after I closed the project!
Anyway, I'll report back if it happens again.
Cheers,
Tim. _________________ Core 2 E6600, 2GB RAM, 2x320 SATA II HD
