I played around with the E-Kustom style & Machine drummer combination, really cool stuff. In first instance I was not so convinced by the default settings, but after I started tweaking them, you can get all kinds of cool beats.
But could it be that the combined behaviour is a bit inconsistent, or unpredictable? Tweaking a knob a tiny bit can have a very big impact on the beat. But more strange is when you have tweaked a knob and go back to the previous setting, the beat is often not restored.
To test this just have all knob turned to zero expect for the snare and kick ones. |

The knobs are not fixed hit settings, they merely influence the way the brain thinks so even identical knob settings will create different (though stylistically related) rhythms. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
