I uninstalled JS1 a few day ago, so I thought this might have something to do with it. Just after posting the above, I uninstalled JS2, deleted the Jamstix 2 folder from the VSTplugins folder, and reinstalled JS1 and paks, and then JS2 and paks, and viola, no more 'sounds missing' error. Very Happy
