Has anyone successfully created a BFD All mapping?

I have exported a groove mapped to BFD All. However, I see that there are unidentified hits that are not mapped to any drum. Not sure what to do with this. JS 1 BFD All mapping used to handle this flawlessly.

Could you tell me those MIDI notes? Also, did you try using the JS1 mapping in JS2 (it is in the 'Jamstix 1' branch)?

These orphan notes are on C5, D5 and G5. Also not sure how to use a JS1 mapping in JS2.
