I think it would be nice if the JS2 timeline bar focus match your DAW, like this:
(I use cubase) When a play my song and stop at bar 10 JS2 stops and have its focus on bar 10 in my JS2 timeline, fine, but if I then move the DAW'a time line cursor (in cubase) to bar 15 or 5... JS2 will not get its focus on that bar until I hit play in cubase. And why do I want this? because it gets boring to move the JS2 time line to match the bar where my DAW's cursor is

Unfortunately most hosts (incl. Cubase) do not update the VSTi song position pointer unless they are playing.
